OUR COLLECTION
What are the caring instructions?
All items must be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry. It cannot be dry cleaned due to the contents of artwork.
Can I customize a dress?
Yes, however extra charges will apply.
Can I switch the type of artwork on a dress?
Absolutely. After you have chosen your favorite silhouette you can choose the artwork and color to be applied.
ORDER
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders will take approximately 2-4 weeks to be produced and shipped out.
Can I change or cancel an existing order?
Because these are special orders, changes or cancellations are not permitted.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final. No refunds. Damaged items will only be accepted for repair or exchange. Claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving goods. Please contact us for an authorization number. Artwork is unique and individual, colors and shapes will vary according to the artist’s interpretation.
Can I place an order over the phone?
An order can be placed over the phone but it must be confirmed, signed and sent by fax or e-mail.
PAYMENT
What methods can I use to pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Does my billing and shipping address have to be the same?
No. The billing and shipping address does not have to match.
SHIPPING
What are the shipping methods I can choose from?
We use UPS as our courier. UPS offers a variety of shipping methods depending on your urgency and location.
Do you accept orders for international delivery?
Yes. We do accept international orders.
